Overview
Lagadagr is a Norse-inspired island dominated by a massive Yggdrasil tree at its center. The island is divided into three village settlements, each led by a Jarl who specializes in different trades: Kalpa (merchants/trade), Hamar (shipbuilding), and Fior (agriculture). The island holds the Festival of Blades every three years, where leadership is determined through combat.
For the past six years, the island suffered under the tyrannical rule of King Iler Ruthgar, who imposed crushing monthly tributes on all villages. His reign ended when the party defeated him during the Festival of Blades, allowing his granddaughter Cara to assume leadership and begin restoring the island to its former prosperity.
The island’s culture values honor, craftsmanship, and martial prowess. Six years ago, Eric Valorin abolished slavery (thralls) on the island, though his mysterious death during the Festival allowed Iler to reverse many progressive policies.

Evidence:

- Faint swirl patterns (not as potent as real devil fruits)
- Swirls are part of fruit itself (not painted)
- No confirmed buyers or powers
- Rumors suggest they might work
Connection to Iler:
- Iler created fake devil fruits for his warriors

- Suggests swamp powers could create consumable items
- Kalpa vendor’s fruits may be related
Current Status: Luna possesses one golden apple (stolen)

- Connected to Eric’s death?
Current Status: Iler is dead but evil may remain
