Llewyn Kills Gilbert Gruel
- Llewyn takes aim with his rifle at Gilbert Gruel (the fishman leader)
- Rolls a natural 20 to hit, then 12 damage (7+5) directly to the heart
- Gilbert’s last words: “I was just trying to restore order… my clan…” before falling dead
Haki Awakening!
As a reward for his descriptive kill, the DM offered Llewyn a choice:

- Broken crates and discarded knives half-buried in sand
- General store, tavern with swinging saloon doors
- Mountain/volcano looming in background
Mr. Squawks Departs
- The mysterious hooded stranger appeared again
- Mr. Squawks asked to stay with him temporarily: “I think whatever the stranger has would be of benefit to us”
- Party let him go (will return in ~30 minutes)
- Gluthoric made a joke contract: “No bird = debt free”
Luna’s Thieves Guild Visit
Found the Guild
- Snowball led Luna to a hidden well with a cat symbol (cat with tankard of rum, “Bottoms Up”)
- Climbed down 50ft of rope to find vault door with dial

Luna’s Backstory Revealed
While walking to the mountain, Luna shared her past:
- She and 6 sisters (7 total) were captured as children
- All were sold as slaves to different islands
- She was the youngest and weakest, sold last
- A mysterious mentor once freed her, but she was recaptured later
- She hopes to find her sisters and repay her savior’s debt
- “You guys are my family now… you, Nora… not the others”
The Volcano & Sky Island Gate
At the Mountain Top
- Found a massive hole (like a volcano crater) with no lava
- Only darkness visible, but heard roaring water splashing far below
- This is where Knock Up Streams originate - shoots things up to Sky Islands!
Attack from the Red Line!
- A flying ship was hurled at the party from across the Red Line
- Thrown by a giant woman (looks like Trunks from DBZ but older)
- She’s stationed on the Red Line to stop people from reaching the Grand Line
Acrobatics Saves:
- Gluthoric: 19 - dodged (was about to jump in anyway)
- Llewyn: 21 - dodged
- Luna: 12 - HIT by ship, 15 damage
- Nora: 10 - HIT by ship, 15 damage
Launched to the Clouds!
- Luna and Nora fell into the volcano hole
- Just before hitting water, they were bungee-shot UP through the volcano
- Launched above the clouds toward flashing orange and gold lights
- A massive battle is happening on a Sky Island!
Meanwhile on the Ship
- Silas had a giant axe hurled at him
- Narrowly dodged (19 acrobatics), axe lodged in the mast
- Some of his hair was cut off
Flynn’s Side Quest
Flynn stayed behind to:
- Trade the shark body to the general store owner (who hunts Sea Kings - claims 12 kills)
- Buy supplies: milk, translation book, pistols, dried fish, spices, rum, grappling hook, shovel
- Have a “date” with the hot mink coffee shop lady
Store inventory totaled 128,000 berries.
